Description

藏語稱為「丁夏」，中文翻譯為「碰鈴」，古代稱星、鈴鈸為相互擊鳴之樂器。既是樂器、亦是療癒工具。

丁夏由兩個鈴鐺互相串連而成，鈴與鈴互相碰擊後，產生出高亢嘹亮、空靈悅耳的聲音，其超脫的凡梵音，有助淨化和提升個人和空間的氣場頻率。

因此成為了修行人常用的隨身禪修工具；丁夏又可配合頌缽使用，成為身心療癒的好物。



使用方法: 兩手吊起皮繩互相輕觸碰鈴 或 把鈴做一個十字輕敲，注意力度控制，以敲出空靈悅耳而舒適的聲音為佳
